There was this shed close to my home in old Atlantis where the local lord kept a few indestructible bubbles of arcane aether. I guess he used them to power his mill or something. It shouldn't be difficult at all to topple the shed and let them float to the surface.
Lord Elasippus won't have need of his bubbles, what with having drowned along with Atlantis itself. I myself don't have an Atlantean mill to run off them, I sold them to an alchemist. I could comfortably buy a more seaworthy vessel with the proceeds. Looks like this industrial building has been left precariously balanced on a small section of the ground floor.
Jackpot! I bet the aether in this artillery magazine could lift up the roof of the ground floor. I just need to get rid of that watchpost on top...
I doubt this palace is as structurally sound as it looks. The ground shook non-stop for days before the entire island sank beneath the waves.%
